Suresh is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Telecom, Logistics, Consumer, and Media industries.

In a variety of leadership and operational roles he has launched and nurtured businesses creating strong consumer and channel equity. Recognised for managing businesses of scale including in periods of transformation and turbulence across a variety of markets and delivering sustainable value. He is a Mechanical Engineer and a post graduate from IIM Bangalore.

A true Captain in letter and spirit. Ashish Chandna has been a leading name in the logistics industry, aceing the game in CFS businesses since 2019. His immense prominence as a high grade seafarer enabled him to eventually anchor his decision-making and innovative risk-taking skills to the shore, where he co-founded Speedy Multimodes, one of the leading and colossal CFS facilities at JNPT, Mumbai. He then went on to shake hands with another logistics giant, the Allcargo group and in few years, with his splendid leadership and enticing charisma, upscaled the CFS business along with Speedy to an altogether new zenith, acquiring complete market domination across India. A sought-after angel investor and new age leader, Capt Ashish truly believes in the power of innovation and strategic acceleration. He envisions to leverage his expertise and ensure every business he invests himself into, only soars higher and farther on a one-way street towards success.

Pritam is a professional Chartered Accountant, with 21 years of experience in heading diverse finance functions including FP & A, budgetary controls, taxation, Audit & Treasury in various logistic companies. He has a proven track record of creating scalable finance function capable of supporting business growth and execution of transformational projects like digital transformation, oracle implementation, cost leadership programs. Capt has spearheaded the build-up and expansion of Speedy as one of the prime CFS facilities amidst the competition and gradually escalated its position to a competitive prime. Started her journey with Shipping Corporation of India straight from Business school, making pit-stop in Sri Lanka for a decade with her own Company & finally found her calling in Allcargo. Her vision and foresight work wonders in not only influencing diverse team of Sales Rangers who choose to never disappoint her; it extends to every facet of CFS-ICD vertical. Rahul Acharekar

National Head: Operations

25+ years of experience. Brilliant metamorphosis from customs broker to a remarkable general manager for JNPT ops and eventual escalation to leading Pan India Ops, he has charted through national and international territories, browsing through freight forwarding, shipping Lines, container terminals making him the able leader that he is today with both, a microscopic vision as well as a bird’s eye view of the AGL Operations. Rahul is adaptable to the dynamic business models and always delivers the best to keep the Allcargo standards at the apex. He engages in the meticulous functioning of every day operations and ensures hassle free experience for both, team and customers alike, with prompt decision making.

Vasant Shetty

Head: Human Resource

Vasant is a seasoned results-focused leader who delivers solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. With over 32 years of experience in the field, Vasant has rich experience of working at leading companies in the diverse sectors like Manufacturing, Construction, IT and FMCG industries with wide experience in developing effective People Operations, Strategies to achieve Process Excellence and fostering an engaging and positive work culture. He has dedicated his career to addressing issues pertaining to hiring the right Talent, Employee Relations, Compensation Management, Performance Management, HR automation, HR Operations and Crisis Management. His expertise lies in crafting compelling narratives, designing structural changes to stimulate a competitive environment, relationship building and Diversity Equity Inclusion.

Vasant is basically a Commerce graduate with LLB (G), DLW & MHRDM from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. From here, he went on to pursue and currently holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from the premium institute of XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Vasant has been associated with Allcargo Logistics for about 20 years now and has grown up the ladder overcoming the challenges on the professional and personal fronts. He is a passionate advocate for social change. He has successfully led initiatives that have driven the operational excellence and created greater business value, thereby transforming the face of HR! His strategic approach and attention to detail has earned him recognition in the industry.

He is a frequent speaker at HR conferences and is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and mentors aspiring HR professionals who possess sincerity, hard work & drive for achievement.
